Booking Information & Rules
Parties 30-49 People
Our party room is available from 8am – 10pm Wed – Sunday. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. The restaurant can be rented these days but we need advanced notice to staff. Please call to inquire about these days. Our booking program requires 10 days lead time to book a party. If you have an emergency and need to book a party sooner than 10 days out, call us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. 618-779-0855.
Booking Fees:
Wed-Thurs $300, Fri-Sun $500. This is a fee, it will not be returned.
Pricing begins at $15 per person on up for food (this price DOES NOT include any alcohol). Booking includes the private space for 3 hours, 1 bartender (Required for every 50 people. Additional bartender after 50 people will add $150.), room set up, room clean up, all plating ware for all occasions etc. Additional time will add $75 hour. Please keep decorating and cleanup time in mind when booking the room.
A minimum of 20% gratuity is added to all parties.
3.99% credit card fee is added to all credit card/debt card payments (we encourage you to pay by check and or cash whenever possible to save money.)
**NO taping ANYTHING on the walls. NO Glitter or Confetti.**
The room seats:
82 people at short tables.
28 bar top.
150-200 standing.
We have a separate menu for upstairs but the downstairs menu is also available. We only offer buffet style at this time.
We have a full bar set up but you are able to request any liquor of your liking as well. You can set an amount you want to include for “Open Bar,” or offer a cash/tab bar.
To guarantee the date you are asking about, a deposit will be required. You can pay upon booking the room using the form below. Original forms of payment are non refundable.
